| Even in Washington
State, we do have our nice days. Summer in the Pacific North West,
when we see sun, it's a celebration! The
kids had a new swing set (bought by both sets of grandparents) in
the yard and a new pool provided by C.C. It was pretty difficult to
keep them or the dogs inside for long. They spent all the time they
could outside.
Having had surgery #6 on my left knee, there
was no camping for me this year. Hopefully, by next summer, I'll be
back up in the Cascade Mountains, enjoying camping along the
Wenachee River again. Willow and I really enjoy getting away at our
favorite site, Salmon la Sac.
OTHER SUMMER EVENTS
Sally and the kids flew down to So California so she could attend
her brother's wedding and spend a few days visiting her parents. |
